This is My Story 我的故事

I possessed 32 years of multi-fields working experiences (of which 26 years in senior management positions) ranging from:
1. medical scientific research
2. MNC pharmaceutical corporate mainly focusing on cancer drugs and private cancer medical centers with the responsibilities of overseeing, coordinating and collaborating with various parties cross-functionally both internal and external, and also both locally and internationally
3. personal coaching and counselling including young kids, teens, campus, singles, married couples to married with kids

With a strong creative and reflective mindset, intrinsic motivation and people-oriented character, I can help others to live a developing life, growing in marriages and families relationships, building successful cohesive teams and capturing businesses opportunities.  I have a passion in bringing knowledge to people around me on how to face challenges in life with a positive attitude through a process of life advancements to achieve a brilliant life.

我擁有32年多不同領域的工作經驗（其中26年在高級管理職位），當中包括：
1.醫學及科學研究
2.致力於癌症藥物跨國藥業公司和私人癌症醫療中心，負責監督，內部和外部合作和協調各方，以及在本地和國際上的跨職能管理
3.個人訓練和輔導，包括教養孩子，青少年，校園，單身人仕，已婚夫婦與有孩子的已婚人仕

我有卓越的創造性和反思性心態，有力的內在動機和以人為本的特質。在我的幫助下，能幫助身邊的人活出一個持續發展的生命，在婚姻和家庭有成長關係，能建立成功的團隊和能捕獲商機。我有一顆熱情將知識帶給我身邊的人，幫助他們如何用積極的人生態度面對生活中的挑戰，通過生命進步的過程達至一個精彩人生。

I am so grateful for the brilliant people that had been part of my life, teaching, training and raising me up.  People that I am in debt of includes Prof. Yuen Kwok Yung, Prof. Ronnie Poon, Dr. Kevin Loh, Dr. Yip Wai Man, Mr. Steve Poon, Mr. Tyrone Fung, Mr. Colin Yeo, Mr. Scott Green, Mr. KC Chan, Mr. Danny Chow, Mr. Kelvin Chan, Mr. Wang Hui, Mr. Richard Chan, Mr. Nathan Yung, Prof. Edgar Tam and many buddies who walk my life path together.  Last but not least is my family, my parents George and Theresa, my sister Georgina, my two daughters Leticia and Beatrice and most importantly my wife Lily who are great support to my life.

我非常感激在我生命中出了很多對我有很大影響的人，教導我，訓練我和提拔我。這些人包括袁國勇教授，潘冬平教授，陸凱祖醫生，葉衛民醫生，Mr. Steve Poon, Mr. Tyrone Fung, Mr. Colin Yeo, Mr. Scott Green, Mr. KC Chan, Mr. Danny Chow, Mr. Kelvin Chan, Mr. Wang Hui, Mr. Richard Chan, Mr. Nathan Yung, Prof. Edgar Tam和很多陪伴我行生命路的好友們。最後當然不少得我的家人，我的父母George和Theresa, 我的姊姊Georgina, 全面支持我的兩個女兒Leticia和Beatrice和最重要的太太Lily。
